Can it be applied to “Green” (New) Concrete?

Yes. This is a major advantage. While epoxy usually requires the concrete to cure for 28 days and have a low moisture vapor emission rate, urethane cement is “moisture-tolerant.” It can often be applied to concrete as early as 7–10 days after the pour because it allows the slab to “breathe” through the coating.
