Can I use any floor cleaner from the grocery store?

No. This is the most common mistake.

• Avoid Acidic/Alkaline Cleaners: Stay away from ammonia, bleach, vinegar, or citrus-based cleaners. These will chemically attack the concrete and the sealer, stripping the shine.

• Use pH-Neutral Cleaners: Only use cleaners specifically labeled “pH-neutral” or “polished concrete cleaner.” These lift dirt without reacting with the floor’s chemistry.
